Hi Sue, How are you? If you like, what I would like to do is schedule an appointment with you to view your home. I am familiar with Doylestown and have sold many homes there. Please call or email me. . Thank you, Tammy - Sun Aug 10 2008, 18:30
Hi Mellie, Roughly for taxes in the Yardley area for a home up to $300,000 you would most likely be under $4500. For Doylestown it would be around/under $4000. It really also depends on the age of the home too which could make the taxes a bit higher in either area. If you'd like me to send you some properties which will show you taxes along with very detailed information on each property currently for sale up to $300,000. I can do so. Please call or email me to let me know. Thank you, Tammy Smith - Tue Jul 29 2008, 06:42
Hi Dmitry, How are you? Its really a matter of preference. A townhouse/townhome you are connected and may share parking with neighbors whereas a single family home you have your own driveway or possibly street parking depending on where you are looking to purchase. If in Yardley usually you would have your own drive. Townhomes most have association fees, there are few that do not whereas as a single you wouldn't but actually some single home developments do have a yearly assocation fee. Please call or email me to discuss further. There really are many differences between the two. Thank you, Tammy Smith - Tue Jul 29 2008, 06:28
