There were three settlements in the Greens of Waynesboro in the past year. There are five currently active listings. Houses in the one million dollar price range and higher are sitting on the market longer. This is a price driven market. So reducing the price is an option. It is difficult to say the fair value of these houses. They are in the right price range, however, the selling price will be whatever a buyer offers and whatever the seller accepts. Each seller is motivated differently.
