"Marice Bock has represented us in buying our first home, selling that home seven years later, and buying our second home, which we just moved into a week ago. We have benefitted immeasurably from her superior negotiating skills on all three transactions. We purchased our first home (a FSBO) significantly below asking price in a competitive sellers market thanks to her persistence in facilitating a fair deal for us, her clients.
On the selling end, her skills were equally helpful. She walked through our home and told us truthfully what needed doing in order to sell our home quickly and for the price we wanted. When the time came to write up the listing and post it online, she was quick and efficient. The pictures looked excellent…some of the best listing photos I’ve seen, in fact (and I have looked at many online listings in the past several years); and the listing was online immediately.
One of Marice’s many strengths is her seemingly infinite network of contacts. Through her many years of experience, she personally knows or knows of all of the big-name and not-so-big-name realtors in the Philadelphia/Main Line area. I admit that I was initially concerned when I found out that Keller Williams does not advertise in the newspaper, unlike some other big name agencies. I needn’t have worried. No fewer than 25 realtors attended the Realtors’ Open House that Marice held at our property. We also had two very well attended open houses for the public. We had an excellent offer within 10 days of the listing being posted, and once again she negotiated with our buyer’s agent, resulting in the buyer upping his offer to our satisfaction.
In purchasing our current home, we had some concerns regarding some issues that came up during the home inspection. Once again, Marice was on top of things with her list of trusted contractors, her negotiating skills, and her personable manner. The sellers fixed all the items that we agreed upon that they would fix and then some. It was a very pleasant transaction in no small part due to Marice’s expertise.
