Town houses are certainly a great option, but becareful of monthly Association fees that can accompany townhomes, some can be a little pricey. Are you familiar with the Delaware County area?? I know the area quite well and frequently travel over the CBB. Please drive through the areas in which you are considering, as some of the areas right over the bridge in PA may not be where you would like to live.
