I moved to the Bryan/College Station area in 1988 to attend Texas A&M University where I studied Agriculture Economics and Construction Science, eventually changing to Architecture. My roots are in the home building business where I learned all aspects of construction from the foundation to the roof during the construction of over 180 homes.

In 1995, I joined Classic Realty Inc./ GMAC. In 1999, my fellow realtors honored me by electing me to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bryan/College Station Regional Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. since that time I have served as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and 2003 President. I have also twice served on the Blinn College Advisory Board at the request of the Association leadership, been priviledged to speak to collegians at Texas A&M Univeristy FIRE Club (Financial Insurance, and Real Estate). In 2006 I was volunteer chairman of the local TREPAC committe, part of a state wide group focused on helping Realtors and Texans to protect their property rights. Currently, in 2007, I am enjoying the opportunity to serve as President of the Bryan/ College Station Regional Association of Realtors. We are a steadily growing Association filled with many wonderful people!

I served as co-Chairman, and Chairman of the Education and Equal Opportunity Committee. As such, I was responsible for directing and organizing the introductory and mandatory continuing education of our members. High ethical standards require continuing education of all realtors. I enjoy assisting these newcomers with knowledge critical to the standards required by a Texas real estate license. I am quite proud to be a member of our local Association of Realtors. I serve as a committee member working with the County Extension Service to develop a program of assistance for new buyers to achieve their goal of home ownership.

One of my favorite moments in my real estate career occurred in January of 2002. Much to my surprise, I was elected Realtor of the Year for 2001. What a wonderful feeling! I have always wanted my children to be proud of their father. Being a Realtor is my second passion in life, my children come first! They are the true blessings in my life and I am so grateful to be their father!

Locating or selling your home or property is my top priority when not spending time with my children. I am up front with all of my clients. There are a few rules I have set for my self and my clients, one of which is : “Be ready for my opinion, if you ask for it, you will receive it. You may not agree, but it will be my opinion. I’d rather let you go away now, then let you down later!

Hi Brent,

The answer to your question is "Yes!" Such a program now exists.

I have been involved in a project to do exactly what you described and would be happy to help you. Where other software requires you to hand enter your listings, this one does not. It works directly with your your database to create the appropriate XML feeds for direct posting to syndication services such as Trulia, Google and Others. The Bottom Line being that the feed several hundred listings could be created in a matter of seconds. Please see the link below for more info.
