Yes, the property on Horned Owl is a short sale. It is price just a bit below recent comparable sales in the area. There are some foreclosures available of the small size, year built and size of lot if you are looking to purchase right away (maybe take advantage of the tax credit?). If you are not already working with a buyer's agent, give me a call and I'd be glad to pass along some current information to help you out.
