Can low commission hurt my sale?

Sergio Caceres answered:
If a seller wants his house to compete in the market, its only logical that his property be priced right and that it offers a competitive commision. Otherwise it won't be shown as much as the competition. And if it doesn't show, most likely it won't sell. - Thu Jun 18 2009, 18:19
