Tom began his real estate career on the East End as a salesperson with Cook Pony Farm. His very first closed sale was a South of the Highway farmhouse on over an acre near Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett. In two years - the minimum eligibility period - Tom exceeded the required transaction points to qualify and be licensed as an Associate Broker. In 2004, Tom was made a member of the Corcoran Group's President's Council, comprised of the top five producers on the East End, the top five from Brooklyn, and the top twenty-five from Manhattan. He also was made a company Vice President. In 2006, he received the Top Sales Agent Award for the highest number of sales units. Each year from Corcoran's first year on the East End through 2011, Tom achieved membership in the Corcoran Multi Million Dollar Sales Club. He was frequently cited for being in the quarterly top 2% of NTR agents nationwide. In March 2012, Tom brought his skills and experience to to Saunders & Associates with increased opportunities for marketing and tools.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
After college, Tom moved to California where he purchased, remodeled and resold houses in Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Tom's ability to analyze a property's potential and overcome its limitations proved financially as well as professionally rewarding.
