Congratulations on finding a house that you like! That's half the battle. Next comes the tricky part.
Bottom line -- anyone buying in today's market should be working with a Buyers Agent -- someone who can analyze recent sales data and competently represent you in the transaction. A Buyer's Agent is the most effective resource to help you successfully navigate through the negotiation and purchase of a home. You have a head start - Trulia is an excellent resource to introduce Buyers and Agents and you now have 3 attentive agents who already responded to your inquiry. If you don't already have a Buyer's Agent, please feel free to call or e-mail Tammy, Regina or myself so we can assist you. Best of luck!
