It says that Mark Perin is a Real Estate Pro in Brevard NC
How many listing appointments have you been to? And what did the Sellers ask you?
Do you think their questions are any different now then they were before?
The Seller still wants to sell their home fast and at the highest price, it will be your job to
put reality in front of them as far as the price is concerned and the quality, updates of their
home and how it will show to potential buyers....
And just a foot note, you may have to walk away from the listing!
