Hi Rocky,

A pro to new communities is that everyone is new, so it is easy to meet people especially since you are relocating from out of state. In some instances you can get a brand new home with great builder incentives for less than a re-sale in this market. A negative is that you don't really know where the development is going in the future. I haven't sold a home in Breezeway, but I just sold a home across the street from Breezeway in a brand new development called Chardonnay. Those homes are selling as fast as they can build them, so it seems to be a hot area. In comparison, Garden Club Estates is definitely a well desired area, great location, and established so you really couldn't go wrong there either.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions or would like to take a look at some properties when you come into town, please don't hesitate to call!!!

Good Luck!
