Cecily Tippery

Experience
Cecily has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1990. Prior to entering
real estate Cecily was the Bay Area Controller for a national food service
company, managing $35 million in annual sales. She brings from that experience
top management ability and exacting attention to detail which she uses in each
and every real estate transaction. Currently, she holds the LTG, PMN and ePro
designations, backed by a Master of Business degree.

Honors
A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Cecily was designated one of the Top
Ten Sales Associates for her company in both 1995 and 1996. She has been named
to both the prestigious Prudential President's Circle in recognition of her
outstanding sales ability and Leading Edge. In addition, Cecily is a SACAR Grand
Master.   Since joining Coldwell Banker, she continues with in the multi-million
dollar range and achieved Silver Producer Status in 2003. 

Personal Information
Cecily grew up in Boise, Idaho, where her parents owned and operated their own
business. She learned at an early age that hard work and a sound plan are
essential for success. Cecily earned a BA degree from Boise State University and
a Master of Business Administration degree from San Jose State University. A
strong believer in continually updating her education, Cecily has completed
Graduate Rapport Leadership Training Level 1 and takes many seminars and classes
to assist with innovative marketing techniques, technology changes and advances
as well as focusing on professional standards and legal issues.

She currently resides in Discovery Bay with her
husband, Dr. Craig Klooster, DPM.  Her son, Justin, resides nearby and after
graduating from Sacramento State with an MIS degree, cum laude, has joined the
Pulte sales team marketing new homes.  They enjoy water sports, movies,
reading.  Their cat D.C. and Keller, now passed on, enrich their lives-always
loving.

Memberships
Cecily is a member of the Delta Association of REALTORS®, the California
Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All of these
associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up
to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real
estate.

She has also been a member of Women's Council of
REALTORS® since 2001 holding positions of Education and Programs in 2003,
President Elect for the Delta Chapter in 2004 and 2005 President of the Delta
Chapter.  In 2006, she will be serving as a District Vice-President for the
State of California, supporting other WCR Chapters in their pursuit of
excellence.
