There are many Realtors familiar with different parts of the state. The Realtor can help you narrow down your towns/cities based on your pre-approval and your needs. As for working with different agents, I do not think there are many Realtors that would work with you if they know you are working with other agents. If you do decide to work with multiple agents let them know ahead of time, it would be fair to them and to you.
