Hello Garry,
I am not an immigration expert and can not help you there. But regarding "the best beach side east coast suburb in Florida". I think you can not beat Delray beach. The beaches are lovely, the are great schools both public and private. The town is active with restaurant,galleries, theater,shopping and of course the beaches. Whatever type of home you are interested in, a high rise condo, house on the beach, homes in developments with or without a golf course all are available. The West Palm Beach Airport and Ft. Lauderdale Airport are an easy drive away and Miami Airport approx. 1 hour away. Obviously their proximity makes everything those cities have to offer available to you. If you want to share any of your housing parameters just email me and I will forward some properties for you to look at.
