This home was on the market as a short sale and it was withdrawn from sale on 1-21-2009. It was listed at $145,900 on the market. Now you will have to find out who ownes the property and contact them to see if it can be purchased. The best way is to contact the Property Valuation Administration to see who ownes the property and see if it is for sale. Otherwise knock on the door and ask the occupant if it is for sale.
