Hi Abby, although there is no formal aggrement it is good practice to keep your agent apprised of the properties that you have seen. It'll give you and your agent a better sense of what it is you are looking for. Also, try and let the agent working the open house know that you are already working with another agent lest there be any confusion. - Wed Mar 11 2009, 12:11
