Hi Gus, Yes Bonita Springs pricing has dropped dramatically in the last year but it also depends on the amenties you're considering when you are looking for your condo. We have a few of the established communities, where pricing has not dropped as significantly as other areas. The newer communities in most cases have the best opportunity when it comes to price negotiation however, it's very important to research the stability of the condo and homeowners association.
