I am a CSP agent and deal in a lot of distressed property deals (bank owned and short sales). The bank can do anything they want to do, but if it was recently approved the bank usually sticks to their guns on the deal for atleast 60-90 days after they approved the file. Give me a call so we can talk about your specific property and I can give you the ins and outs of a short sale and how the bank gets the number they want on a home.
