Real Estate experience

My life and work experiences help qualify me for this exciting and fast changing real estate market. For the past 11 years I have been buying, selling and renovation homes. Our family owned business, Harrison Renovation, renovates homes in Boise's Historical North End. I have dealt with many types of contracts, from 1031's to owner financing. I also have experience with home design, building codes and permits, subcontractors and The Historical Preservation. I have the energy, integrity and resources to make your home selling and buying experience sucessful and enjoyable.

Other business experience

I have worked in the service industry for many years. I owned and promoted motorcross races at Chaparral Speedway for four years with my husband, Trent, which was quit an adventure. I am a certified personal fitness trainer and enjoy sharing my knowledge of nutrition and fitness.

Personal

I have lived in four different states, from the east cost to the west cost. I moved back to the Boise area 18 years ago and I will never move away again. My husband, Trent, and I enjoy spending time with our three children; camping, trail riding, skiing and rafting the amazing Idaho rivers.

where to live? Small North end home or subdivision in Meridian-3 young kids?

Hi Kathy,
I moved back to Boise 18 years ago. I have lived in east, south, and north west Boise. I have lived in the North End for 11 years now and there is no other place I would rather live an raise my family. I have three children 18,12, and 6. The community is very involved in the public and private schools. The elementary schools are small and close enough to walk or ride bikes. Boise High consistently gets high marks locally and nationally. You can not get the diversity of the North End in a newer subdivision . True, I do not have central vacuum system or a three car garage or CC&Rs , but there are some things money can not buy. Location, Location, Location. There will never be another North End.
