Hello,
Depending on what it is your looking to buy(house size,lot demension..etc.)I always like to direct my buyers to the north end because they never seem to be sorry...you just have to have a realtor that is good at searching them out!You never know what position the seller is in or if they are willing to make concessions.I live in the northend and have found many wonderful homes at a great price.
