Nadine Mauro, is the most amazing real estate agent I ever met. She is not like the others, she is honest, thoughtful, honorable, and Sincere. Theres so many cheesy agents who are just trying to make money and they don't care a penny about you. My first experience with Nadine was, she was pointing out faults in the property, rather then trying to just sell it. She had a lot of patience and was very cooperative and caring. As a Canadian buying a vacation property in Florida for the first time I was expecting a lengthy and complicated process. Nadine made it seem easy. She took the time to understand my requirements and found a number of great properties. Since I was from out of town she went out of her way to coordinate the building inspection, find a lawyer and negotiate with the seller, while keeping me informed every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Nadine and look forward to working with her again in the future.
