My Philosophy
Owning a home has long been the goal of most people. So when it comes time to sell what you worked so hard to acquire, the emotional rollercoaster begins. I will pledge to make selling your home as smooth as possible by keeping you informed and advising you throughout the process.
As your Buyer's Agent, I will guide you through what can be a very scary and frustrating time. The decision to purchase a home is always a big one. You want someone who is looking out for you. I will be there for you beyond closing.
Integrity….dedication.... commitment….customer satisfaction!

I would agree that the reception is awful. Their tech dept is less than friendly. It is expensive and I would love to be able to get out of this stupid program! - Fri Apr 25 2008, 10:12
My clients(buyer) view the asking price as the starting point. It is hard sometimes to get them to understand that when you are asking for closing, warranties, etc. you are actually lowering your offer. When I list a home I do try to prepare the Seller for receiving offers with the moon thrown in. I feel it is more important that they price their house where it is going to get an offer and not add 5 or 10 thousand on in case someone asks for everthing. Getting an offer is the goal. If its low you counter and hopefully can make everything come together. - Fri Apr 25 2008, 10:10
I agree that asking friends and family about their experiences is one way. The KCHOMEPROGRAMS website is also good and gives descriptions of the various loan programs. Your real estate professional may also have suggestions for lending professionals that they have had experience with. You should get more than one opinion. You should be able to get face to face with the person you are dealing with. I would recommend a face to face meeting just so you know who are dealing with. - Fri Apr 25 2008, 09:58
