That is actually not a bad price, depending on the condition of the home. Most of the homes for sale in Swan Lake are priced an average of about 120-125 per foot with some upwards of 150 per foot. This house is listed at $119 per foot. Timber ridge is a wonderful place to live. It did suffer greatly in Katrina almost 3 years ago but is coming back strong! Timber ridge is made up of both full time residents and those who want a summer home on the water or the golf course. There are quite a few homes for sale right now, some that are new, some that have been renovated and some that are still gutted.
