Many of our property owners participate in the SRAP (Small Rental Assistance Program).

Still--but there may come a time after you have done your preliminary research in which a reliable Real Estate Goal Partner may be instrumental in your success in reaching your goals.
That's when I can step in and help you cross to the next level. But, please don't wait until you are in a critical situation before we get to know each other. We could be working on your plan of action together--now.
This is a secret...I have done a bit of cleaning myself from time to time--mainly because I can't stand dirty windows, window seals, or debris in the yard. In short--I am motivated. I thrive in matching people, personalities, and homes. If I had to choose a description for my service orientation it would be "custom" or "boutique".
