That house has sold already. It was listed by an agent in our office, Karen Burns, who handles HUD listings, and closed back in November. is this house still on the market?

Hi Cathy,

I checked that out as well. The listing you referenced does still come up active, HOWEVER the home has been listed by another agent as a Corporate Owned foreclosure, and that listing shows as being under contract.

It would appear the original owner unfortunately lost the home to foreclosure, and the original listing hasn't been updated accordingly.

That it is Under Contract means that an offer has been made, but is contingent on something- inspections, financing, etc. It's possible that this sale could fall through, opening the home to purchase again. If you have an interest, it makes sense to investigate further now and take a tour of the home.

I'm the agent listing this property. We have a sale pending. Buyer has closed and funded, seller is clearing up a title issue, and that should be resolved very soon. It was a fantastic value, and one that many have inquired about.

Do you have it listed with an agent? Sounds darn nice, and I know that we get inquiries from buyers in my area (about an hour away from Bellaire) with some regularity from buyers looking to buy on Land Contract, so I know there are buyers out there. That's the only suggestion I can offer if you aren't already doing it.
