I was born in San Francisco, and I have lived in the East Bay since attending the University of California, Berkeley in 1980. I have been with Prudential California Realty in Berkeley since 2002. I specialize in the cities Richmond, El Cerrito, Albany, Kensington, Emeryville, Oakland, Alameda and Piedmont.

Cal is the most urban of all the UC campuses. That has both its pluses and minuses. I reccomend going to the City of Berkeley's web site to view crime statistics.
They publish maps on the site with all the most recent incidents pinpointed.
/the 2 areas that are the most quiet are on the Northside of campus, and in the Elmwood area on the southside.

If it is listed in the MLS, than there is a Realtor of record. If you are an agent, you should know that.
