I hail from Indianapolis, IN and have lived all over the mid west. I moved east 16 years ago and have lived/worked in NYC as well as Northern NJ. Historically, my client base has largely been relocating families and first time home buyers, but I am happy to assist with any real estate needs.

I think you have good cause to be concerned. It looks like the property is priced for a quick sale and that's a good thing. The hope is that multipul bids will bring the price up.
