Hi, I am a real estate professional, wife and mom living and working in Bergen County NJ. I have a passion for the business and am happy to provide assistance in any way that I can!
I hail from Indianapolis, IN and have lived all over the mid west. I moved east 16 years ago and have lived/worked in NYC as well as Northern NJ. Historically, my client base has largely been relocating families and first time home buyers, but I am happy to assist with any real estate needs.

you need to check with NJ transit. Log on to their website and they will map you. Or you could just call.

I think you have good cause to be concerned. It looks like the property is priced for a quick sale and that's a good thing. The hope is that multipul bids will bring the price up.
On the downside, if the house sells really low, then you're stuck with that price as a comp. - Sat Mar 8 2008, 05:03

18 Clauss Ave in Paramus is in a 500 year flood zone. That means this property is expected to flood every 500 years. Your lender will likely require flood insurance. It looks like a beautiful place! - Tue Feb 26 2008, 22:22
