If you can sell your home on your own, that is fantastic, and you could save some money. Agents are there because of their experience in every aspect. First of all, they have buyers all the time and constant contact with the public, they know the entire process start to finish, they have pre-approved buyers from bankers we trust, they know the value and market trends, and last but not least...
