Agent
Sharon Fix answered:
The Cochise County Assessor office have all the sales information for the county and they keep tract of the sales to help them assess the taxes for the next years. By the way, this last year, they used 2006, 2007, and 2008 sales to assess taxes in Cochise county which these years included the top of the market and doesn't truly reflect the current sales. Also, your agent should be able and willing to give you the past sales in your area. - Sun Sep 20 2009, 18:10
