As Vera stated any agent can put together an offer for you on a bank owned property. Most of the issue comes from understanding the banks as sellers rather then the home owner. This is a very different sale then a seller owned or a short sale listing. Be sure who you choose explains the plus and minus of these types of deals before going forward or you may be disappointed.
