My husband and I have bought and sold many properties and worked with just as many realtors. Margie was by far our favorite. She was never pushy and annoying like we found most realtors to be but always patient and considerate. We asked to see so many properties in so many areas in a large range of prices, and somehow she was always easygoing and professional. She allowed us to be in control - (at least made us feel that way) also when it came to negotiating. She did not balk that our offer was too low, but gently navigated us to a successful settlement. We HIGHLY recommend Margie. We would definitely call on her again.

Margie is very professional, very knowledgeable about the real estate market, especially if you are buying or selling an equestrian property in Westchester or Putnam. She is involved with horses and therefore knows what we need and if a property is really capable of being a horse property. We would highly recommend Margie as a real estate broker.
