Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question. Benito is correct that the best way to contact our Customer Service team is to open a ticket and send them an email. You can do that via the link below.
I'm not sure that I understand the second part of your question unfortunately. If you are trying to contact someone who asked a question on our site, you will not be able to obtain that member's email address unless they have chosen to make it public and, in that case, your best bet is to attempt to connect with that user by posting an answer to his or her question.
