Hi Shirley, Unfortunately- when it comes to foreclosure- unless you are all cash or close to it....I will say you probably will not have a chance at ever getting that house. There are cash buyers (investors) that pick these houses up before anyone has a chance...you will not be told that - but that is how it works.
