Thanks, for your replies. It was for sale last year, I just wasn't ready to move then. I've known the 2 woman who live across and next door to it since 1958. I haven't spoken to them in a while, but I'll find out what happened when it was listed last year with Daniel Gale Reality. Best Regards, Sean
