Gene, that is a great site if you want to do all the research on each and every home. You would have better luck if you used a Realtor because 1) It's FREE 2) All the homes in the files are on the MLS for that area and is probably more up to date then the lenders own sites, as they don't take it off until it is actually sold, so you may be wasting your time with a home that is under contract. Again it is a great site.
