Did you find a home yet? I've been looking in Cedar Park and Spicewood Springs for another client an ran across what my client (and I) thinks is a very good home, but it's just too big for them. It's unique in that it has a basement, which is very unusual. It has a view of the hill country (2 upper level decks). Total square footage is almost 4,000 SF, with about 750 of that in the basement. The basement is a full walk out, you don't really get the feeling when you're down there that it's a basement. Very cool.
