I have been in real estate for 7 years and with Keller Williams since 2001. Prior to real estate, I was involved in Property and Casualty Insurance as a Consultant and Software developer. Since joining the profession of real estate, I have enjoyed helping buyers and sellers in Cedar Park, Leander, Austin, Lakeway, Georgetown, Round Rock and Pflugerville with their residential needs. In addition, I have assisted buyers and sellers in purchasing and selling lots and multi-family properties in the above areas

I highly recommend you speak with a lender. From your questions, it appears you may have muliple complex questions that should only be answer by a professional lender. Another thing to keep in mind, in today's mortgage environment, the rules concerning buyer's ability to qualify are being modified weekly. I am sure a good lender will advice you this fact, and try to guide you through the best path to achieve your goals. I recommend you speak to a qualified lender who has multiple loan programs. This person can evaluate your situation and advise you what options would be available to you. Property taxes are calculate using the following formula: tax rate times appraised value. For example, if the property has an appraise value of $269,000 and a tax rate of 2.7575,.using the above formula: 269000 times .027575 equals $7,417.68. I think this is a beautiful area of Cedar Park with great schools and the location allows for easy and quick access into Austin. In addition, you would be very close to major shopping center: Lakeline Mall area.
