Courtney Oldham

Courtney has been selling real estate in Austin, Texas since 2004. In her first year of business, she earned the "Rookie of the Year" distinction in the largest real estate office in the country. There was an immediate love and passion for the real estate business that translated into quick and lasting success. In the past several years, Courtney has continued to grow her business culminating in the formation of Oldham Real Estate. The company offers full service residential real estate service for buyers, sellers, and investors.

In the past year, Courtney and her team worked with prominant Austin developers to market and sell high-profile condominum projects. In this capacity she was responsible for overal marketing campaign, strategy and executuion for a $180 million project with over 250 units.

Before real estate, Courtney worked in Marketing and Advertising for many entrepreneurial ventures. She worked side by side some of the brightest minds in the technology industry which provided the solid business background needed to launch her own real estate company.

Courtney's number one priority is her family. She is happily married to Brett and has two children Cade and Rylee.
