About Me
I have been in real estate for 7 years and with Keller Williams since 2001. Prior to real estate, I was involved in Property and Casualty Insurance as a Consultant and Software developer. Since joining the profession of real estate, I have enjoyed helping buyers and sellers in Cedar Park, Leander, Austin, Lakeway, Georgetown, Round Rock and Pflugerville with their residential needs. In addition, I have assisted buyers and sellers in purchasing and selling lots and multi-family properties in the above areas

The city of Austin will be monitoring title transfers and checking against their database for energy audit compliance. The owner of record prior to sale can expect the City of Austin’s Legal Department to contact them. Violations are a class C misdemeanor. I would anticipate there would be some legal issues in this situation, since Texas is a common law state. Recommend speaking with an attorney who is familar with real estate law, as well as, a mortgage lender.
