Objective: To give to each and every client the best home buying experience available by providing a step by step procedure and addressing all questions and concerns immediately.
Upon receiving my license in 2001, I immediately started with RE/MAX Greater Atlanta. Over the years I have learned a great deal about people, real estate, and the entire process of buying and selling a home. I believe one of my best characteristics is listening to the client. My primary goal is to uncover what our clients truly want in a home. Once I have isolated their needs I can use my knowledge to serve them more efficiently. While some agents utilize their time and efforts on a single neighborhood or area, I pride myself on my ability to branch out. I have spent a great deal of time learning a broader view of Atlanta’s real estate market as well as the individual neighborhoods. There is nothing more satisfying than to provide accurate up to date information about the area our client is interested in and ultimately find their new home as a result of my efforts.
Although I have qualified for the Million Dollar Club each year, I do not measure myself or my work on sales alone. I prefer to use client satisfaction as a measure of my success. I work extremely hard to be thorough in every step of the home buying process. My attention to detail starts the minute I meet you and carries all the way to closing when I hand you the keys to your new home.
Some of my personal attributes, outside of work; is to sing as loud as I can in the shower or when taking a bath. You never know if a recording producer lives close by, in the neighborhood. I also enjoy reading about health and meditation. I meditate nightly and I am into reflexology. I enjoy listening to Jazz, anything by Linda Rondstat, and Classical music. I love working in my yard. Usually on my day off (Wednesday’s) I can spend the entire day, planting, trimming bushes, and mowing the lawn. I am originally from Missouri, where all my family still lives. I went to college in Charlotte NC at Queens College, where I majored in Psychology. I was in the U.S. Army for four years and I am Gulf War Veteran and a parachutists.
I love the profession I have chosen. Everyday is a new challenge and everyday I get the opportunity to create a new relationship. I am given the opportunity to contribute to people’s dream of home ownership. Priceless!

Anytime you purchase Real Estate regardless of the size and location, you must always factor in the probability of RESALE. Once you have lived in the place or purchased the place who will be the buyer that you and your agent market to, once you are ready to sell it? You want to purchase somethings that will give you a broad pool of potential buyers when the time comes to resale. One bedrooms are fine but your pool of potential buyers will be small, which in turn could possibly give you a greater number of days on the market. A two bedroom and even three bedroom will most certianly open that pool of buyers up greatly. - Sat Jul 26 2008, 12:52
Real Estate is localized. There are three pieces of criteria that need to be met in order to move a home. Pricing, Location and Condition. All three have to be met in order for a buyer to want to make an offer. If any of these three items are out of place, then the buyer will move on to the next property that meets ALL Three guidelines. Our First Multiple Listing Services show that overall homes are staying on the market for an average of 120 days. I can provide you their excellent graph of the past 8 years of DOM - it "Trulia" heheh is amazing. Sorry, I had to play on words there..it is the marketing fool in me. - Sat Jul 26 2008, 10:24
