Mr. Buyer,

There are several green spaces and parks in the Sandy Springs , Roswell, and Alpharetta Areas. Sandy Springs is most convenient to central Atlanta with easy access to Interstates and many alternate routes that do not require highway driving at all. Chastain Park is the most popular , but there are many attractions along the Chattahoochee as well. There are may homes to choose from in your price range. In addition you might consider the Vinings, Smyrna, and East Cobb areas as well. These communities offer great walking/hiking/biking trails as well and some nature preserves, again centrally located and easy access to downtown and the airport. - Thu May 22 2008, 10:47
