Buckhead will always be the prime real estate choice of Atlanta. Always has been, always will be. No one here can deny that. If you look at the sales patters of metro-Atlanta, Buckhead has been the last to feel the negative effects of the real estate market and the first to bounce back from it.

There are many areas here in Atlanta that are great as well. As to your question about the hype, it is worth it as long as YOU see the value. I promise you that Buckhead is an excellent choice and it does live up to the hype.
