It sounds like this broker is unavailable for you right now. If you signed a Buyer's Brokerage Agreement with him/her, you need to put it in writing that you wish to terminate this agreement before you start to look for another realtor. Perhaps this broker can refer you to someone who is available right now to make the offer on this home.
