Hi Sondra. I have extensive experience and knowledge in short sales, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, and REO property - more than any other agent in the Aspen area. I was a broker in the Boulder area when that market started tanking and had 35 foreclosure, pre-foreclosure and REO listings, 3 assistants and a broker partner when I left.
