I think I misunderstand your original question. I thought you meant, when the house is listed, is the listing required to have a right of first refusal. But now, I think you were asking about an offer, or counter offer, that includes a right of first refusal. And so the answer, as you've quoted from the rules & regs, is yes. Once such an offer is mutually executed, the MLS would have to indicate the existence of the right of first refusal. - Thu Nov 19 2009, 13:09
