Agent at Century 21

How do I deal with a difficult realtor???

Scott Lawson answered:
It is always a good idea to use a realtor that will represent you as the buyer. Using a buyers rep, that works for you the buyer, will work to negociate the best price and look out for your best interest as the buyer. In most cases the listing agent works for the sellers and your representation will be limited. I recommend that you find a realtor either from a diffent company or the same company that will work for you and meet your expectation. It is OK to interview several different realtors to find one you like and trust. - Fri May 15 2009, 09:36
