My fiancé just purchased in Casitas Chaparral on Hayden and McDonald for 226K. Also, there were others for sale in there too. One more thing to consider too during your search is if your daughter is thinking of buying the home herself; FHA programs are quite competitive now-a-days. It’s very little out of pocket and they come with great rates. With that being said, in order to go FHA the property needs to be FHA certified. Therefore if you are viewing town homes or condo complexes; the whole things needs to be FHA certified. Just ask your agent. If they don’t know what you are talking about call me. http://www.firstchoicefinancialservices.com. Best of luck.
