All offers are coming in very low in this market. As everyone is saying, get a updated CMA from your agent. Ask your agent to review this offer with his Broker. If he doesn't respond to that request, call the Broker yourself. Apparently, your agent isn't that experienced in your market. Another reason to always use the area specialist. Remember, all real estate is local.
