If you are not already working with a REALTOR, we should talk. I am a lifetime resident of the Ann Arbor area, and have been a licensed REALTOR for over thirteen years. Helping people and selling Real Estate has been in my family for over a half century. My grandfather was named REALTOR of the Year for the Orchard Lake Area when he was 79, and like my grandfather, in 2004, I received a similar honor from the Washtenaw Builders Association by being named Real Estate Professional of the Year. I believe that learning and applying yourself to your trade is a top priority. Thus in 2007 I completed my requirements to become an Associate Broker and past my test in Lansing on my first attempt (many I have heard take several attempts to pass). I have also completed my training as an ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent), which means I know how to best help a Buyer achieve home ownership and help a Seller best understand a Buyer. I am a GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), meaning I have had extra training in rental/income producing, commercial, and business real estate. I am a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), which gives me greater knowledge in new home construction and the building process so that I can assist my clients in choosing a high quality home. Finally, I am a certified relocation specialist, I have a deep understanding of the relocation processes that exists and can assist you with any relocation program. I also have an understanding of special loan programs to assist all buyers and first-time homebuyers (VA, FHA, USDA, and the Nehemiah). While I have helped hundreds achieve their housing goals, there is a good chance I have not yet helped you. My clients and co-workers respect the knowledge and responsiveness I bring to a transaction (I think you will too). I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs.

It looks like ytou have been there since 1989, are you looking to for a change? Did you know about the new stimulus package offering $6,500.00 to people who have been in their house for more than 5 of the last 7 years?
Very funny to see two different answers. The 2085 Sq. Ft. is correct, your Garage Area: is 418 Sq. Ft., your Basement Area is 899 Sq. Ft..
