The best place to find the most up to date information on foreclosures is through your local Realtor and the MLS. I have people ask me this very question at least once a week. They come into my office and show me websites that they have paid a fee to be able to access and pull up foreclosure listings asking me if the home is still available. When I pull the home up I find that the website they paid to access has either the wrong price, the wrong address or the wrong information on the status of the home. Last week I pulled 10 listings of homes that showed they were available on the fee for access website and all of them had sold , some of them over 2 months ago. I found often times the information on some of those sites is not updated. The new foreclosure listings hit the MLS before the hit any of the other sites.
